Balaji Temple is situated at a distance of 10 Kms from Valparai town and is owned by Peria Karamalai Tea Producing Co. Limited. Poojas are performed regularly similar to Tirupathi Lord Venkateswara Temple. It would be great experience to visit the temple in silent natural atmosphere. A Children's Park and Garden is also located adjacent to the temple.
Vehicles are not allowed near the temple's entrance and visitors must walk up
hill for half kilometer the narrow estate road. This offers stunning views of tea estates that are Elephants and Indian Bison's at night.
Using Mobile Phones, Cameras, Video Cameras are strictly prohibited in temple premises.
